How To Make Quickie Sausage Goulash

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sliced sausages until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and red bell pepper until softened.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Return the cooked sausages to the skillet and cook for additional 5 minutes to heat through.

  6. Serve the sausage goulash hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
