How To Make Recipe Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
