How To Make Party Vol-au-vents
These delicious party vol-au-vents are the perfect appetizers to serve at any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into small circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.

Place the pastry circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked diced chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Once the pastry circles have cooled, carefully cut off the top part to create a lid. Hollow out the inside by gently removing some of the pastry.

Fill each vol-au-vent with a spoonful of the chicken mixture.

Place the pastry lids on top of the filled vol-au-vents.
