Ingredients

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.

  2. In a slow cooker, combine the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix.

  3. Place the seasoned chuck roast on top of the dry mixes.

  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers, butter, and water to the slow cooker.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shreds.

  6. Serve the pot roast with the gravy and enjoy!
