- 4 vol-au-vent shells
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
