  • 4 vol-au-vent shells
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the vol-au-vent package instructions.

  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
