How To Make Low Carb Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sesame oil, garlic, and shrimp, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cook through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

Add broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the skillet, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender.

Add soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and stir well.

Return the shrimp to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well-combined.
