How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Cabbage Stir-Fry

A delicious and low carb stir-fry made with ground turkey and cabbage that is both healthy and satisfying.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish


  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and crumbled.

  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes until onion is translucent.

  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and turkey mixture and stir to combine.

  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes more until sauce is heated through and everything is well coated.

  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
