How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Cabbage Stir-Fry
A delicious and low carb stir-fry made with ground turkey and cabbage that is both healthy and satisfying.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned and crumbled.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes until onion is translucent.

Add shredded cabbage and cook until wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the cabbage and turkey mixture and stir to combine.

Cook for 1-2 minutes more until sauce is heated through and everything is well coated.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
