  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking up any large chunks.

  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add the green beans and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

  5. Cook until the green beans are tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
