How To Make Keto Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe

A low-carb stir-fry dish with cabbage, bacon, and spices that’s perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, cook the garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add in the shredded cabbage, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

  4. Crumble in the cooked bacon and stir to combine.

  5. Serve hot.
