How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Cabbage Stir-Fry

A low-carb stir-fry made with ground beef and cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the ground beef and garlic, and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

  4. Add the soy sauce, ground ginger, and salt and pepper to taste, and stir to combine.

  5. Serve hot.
