A low-carb stir-fry made with ground beef and cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and garlic, and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.

Add the soy sauce, ground ginger, and salt and pepper to taste, and stir to combine.

Serve hot.
