How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe

- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are soft and translucent.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned through.
