How To Make Low Carb Ground Turkey and Zucchini Noodles Recipe
A delicious and healthy low-carb dish with ground turkey and zucchini noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion, cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion is translucent.

Add ground turkey and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.

Add salt and black pepper, stir well.

Add spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss with the turkey mixture.
