Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Arrange sliced peaches evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

  5. Stir in unsweetened almond milk and vegetable oil until mixture is crumbly.

  6. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the peaches.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are tender.

  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
