How To Make Keto Fish Curry Recipe
A delicious and healthy fish curry recipe made with keto-friendly ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir the spices into the onion mixture and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour the coconut milk into the pan and stir well to combine. Bring the curry to a simmer.

Add the white fish fillets to the pan and spoon the curry sauce over the fillets to coat them well.

Cover the pan with a lid and allow the fish to cook in the curry sauce for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
