How To Make Low Calorie Pumpkin Custard Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, and maple syrup.

Add eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Pour pumpkin custard mixture into 4 ramekins.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
