  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Transfer chicken breasts and broccoli to a baking dish.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
