Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine chicken strips, coconut aminos, olive oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well.
