How To Make Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Add the chopped broccoli and chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
