How To Make Gluten Free Pistachio Cake Recipe
A fluffy and nutty cake made with gluten-free flour and loaded with chopped pistachios.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease and line a 6″ cake tin.

In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs, one at a time and mix well.

Gradually add in dry ingredients and mix well.

Stir in milk and mix well.

Fold in chopped pistachios.

Pour mixture into prepared cake tin.

Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow cake to cool in tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
