Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, and honey.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Stir in the chopped walnuts.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
