How To Make Gluten-Free Multigrain Bread Recipe
A hearty and wholesome gluten-free bread rich in fiber and flavor, packed with healthy grains and seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 cup of gluten-free brown rice flour
- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp of psyllium husk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of active dry yeast
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, brown rice flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, psyllium husk, and salt.

In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and honey or maple syrup. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Add the yeast mixture and egg to the flour mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Grease a loaf pan with oil and pour the batter into it. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the bread for 1 hour 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

Remove from the pan and let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
