How To Make Gluten-Free Bread in a Bread Machine

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions

In the bread machine pan, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the active dry yeast.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then pour them into the well of the bread machine pan.

Add the vegetable oil and warm water to the bread machine pan.

Follow the instructions of your bread machine and select the gluten-free bread setting.

Start the bread machine and let it do its work.

Once the bread is done, carefully remove it from the bread machine pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
