Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
