  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking powder.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.

  7. Let cool before cutting and serving.
