  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Allow brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
