- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, beat together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
