How To Make Flourless Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond butter, cocoa powder, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
