Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen fruits (such as berries, peaches, or mangoes)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, toss the frozen fruits with the sugar until well coated. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the frozen fruit crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
