Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 skewers
Instructions

Soak skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
