- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of reduced-sugar BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until almost done.

Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
