Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, and olive oil.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
