How To Make Almond Flour Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl and mix in olive oil.
  4. Add the egg and olive oil mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  6. Cut desired shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
  7. Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow crackers to cool before serving.
