Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth and light.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Add the almond flour and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
