How To Make Almond Flour Chicken Tenders Recipe
Crispy and flavorful chicken tenders made with almond flour and baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, mix together almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with water.

Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, and coat again in flour mixture.

Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
