Crispy and flavorful chicken tenders made with almond flour and baked to perfection.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with water.

  4. Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture, and coat again in flour mixture.

  5. Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
