How To Make Dairy Free Almond Cake Recipe

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, and almond extract.

  4. Combine both mixtures and mix well.

  5. Grease a cake pan with coconut oil and pour in the batter.

  6. Bake for around 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
