Ingredients

  • 12oz pasta
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté ham and frozen peas until heated through.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.

  4. Slowly whisk in milk and chicken broth until sauce is smooth and thick.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Combine pasta, ham, peas, and sauce.

  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
