How To Make Ham and Asparagus Tart Recipe

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup asparagus, blanched and chopped
- 1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs, whisked
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface and place it in a tart pan, trimming the edges.
