Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup asparagus, blanched and chopped
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface and place it in a tart pan, trimming the edges.

  3. Spread the dijon mustard onto the pastry and sprinkle the ham, asparagus, and gruyere cheese on top.

  4. Pour the whisked eggs over the filling and season with salt and pepper.
