Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 4 cups fresh plums, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced plums, granulated sugar, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well to coat the plums.

Pour the plum mixture into the prepared pie crust.
