Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, minced garlic, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let the roasties cool for a few minutes before serving.
