Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the apples, grapes, onion, garlic, and ginger.

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the chutney thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to a jar.

Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
