How To Make Chickpea Flour Dumplings Recipe
Delicious and healthy dumplings made with chickpea flour.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, salt, baking powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.

Add water slowly to make a smooth batter.

Add chopped cilantro and mix well.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Using a spoon, drop the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney.
