How To Make Citrus Herb Swordfish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine lemon juice and zest, orange juice and zest, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Add swordfish steaks to the marinade and toss to coat.

  4. Place swordfish on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
