Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Drizzle swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill swordfish for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and cilantro.

  5. Top grilled swordfish with pineapple salsa and serve immediately.
