How To Make Ginger Soy Glazed Swordfish Recipe
A delicious recipe of swordfish fillets glazed with a blend of ginger and soy sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 swordfish fillets (6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions

Season the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the swordfish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Place the swordfish fillets back into the skillet and coat with the sauce.

Garnish with scallions.
