How To Make Ginger Soy Glazed Swordfish Recipe

A delicious recipe of swordfish fillets glazed with a blend of ginger and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish fillets (6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the swordfish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.

  3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Place the swordfish fillets back into the skillet and coat with the sauce.

  6. Garnish with scallions.
