How To Make Balsamic Glazed Swordfish Recipe

A flavorful and tender swordfish dish with a sweet and savory balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add swordfish steaks to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden-brown.

  5. Pour balsamic mixture over swordfish and transfer to preheated oven.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through and glaze has thickened. Serve.
