Ingredients
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add swordfish steaks to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden-brown.

Pour balsamic mixture over swordfish and transfer to preheated oven.

Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through and glaze has thickened. Serve.
