- 2 cans of sardines in oil, drained and flaked
- 4 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine sardines, chopped eggs, sliced red onion, and parsley.
