How To Make Pesto & Olive-Crusted Fish

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as cod or halibut)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over the top of each fillet.

Sprinkle the chopped black olives evenly over the pesto.

Place the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
