
How To Make Lemony Salmon & Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the lemon mixture over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the heat and let cool slightly. Use a fork to flake the salmon into small pieces.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Spoon the flaked salmon onto each lettuce leaf.

Sprinkle chopped cilantro, mint, basil, and peanuts (if using) over the salmon.

Serve the lettuce wraps immediately and enjoy!
