How To Make Stir-fried Mushrooms & Spinach with Golden Onions

Ingredients
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until golden brown.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and spinach mixture and stir well to coat.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Serve the stir-fried mushrooms & spinach with golden onions over steamed rice or noodles.
