How To Make Sesame Beef Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

Add the beef slices to the bowl and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame seeds. Toast them for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.

Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

Assemble the wraps by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate and placing some beef slices on top.

Sprinkle with green onions, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.

Roll up the lettuce leaf tightly to create the wrap.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the wraps.
